The Center for Independent Documentary is a proud partner in the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Adams Arts Grant alongside the Mass Production Coalition, The Ad Club, Redtree Productions and IATSE Local 481.

This year our initiative to increase advertising and commercial production in the Commonwealth has grown to create a campaign with ISM Travel that will be produced in a joint effort with the state’s leading production houses. We welcome your participation in the effort and will post updates regularly on the progress being made in this campaign- it will be exciting to watch!

The creative team from ISM led by veteran producer Barry Frechette has developed an ambitious campaign with a simple but appealing message that producing in Massachusetts can make your next spot BETTER. With nearly 20 years of production experience, Barry has managed everything from multi-million dollar TV campaigns, to full-blown interactive experiences.

How to Get Involved

We are currently accepting company and individual sponsorships for the campaign and Better In MA website to launch soon. It is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure as an industry leader at premiere events and as part of the campaign outreach. We will hold a variety of events throughout 2012 to celebrate the state’s film and media industry as we complete production of the campaign.
