A Documentary on the Creative Process

Directed by Tim Cawley, From Nothing, Something was produced in collaboration with numerous local talent including: Eran Lobel (Element Productions), Mark Hankey (Picture Park) and Geoff McAuliffe (Brickyard Filmworks). Recently premiering at IFF Boston, From Nothing, Something profiles creative thinkers across a variety of disciplines and finds common methods – straight from the brains of some of our culture’s most accomplished and inspiring talents. Featuring: Novelist – Tom Perrotta, Singer/Songwriter – Sara Quin (Tegan & Sara), Creature Designer – Neville Page, & many more.

The Tin: (Show in Development)

Writer/Director Maureen Foley (Home Before Dark, American Wake) and Actor/Writer Billy Smith (The Departed, Brotherhood, Boardwalk Empire) – have collaborated to develop The Tin for television. In a Boston-based police series, the show follows members of the heavily Irish-American Police Department into the strikingly varied corners of today’s Boston and its surrounding cities and towns.
